Straight jacket

Silence,

Deprivation,

Loneliness,

What a sensation,

I feel like I’m in a straight jacket,

I feel like I’m in a straight jacket..

I’m unable to speak,

the thoughts keep rushing by,

You say I’m unique,

Then why do I wanna die?

I can’t move it’s hard,

I want to, but it can never happen,

I’m all tied up, with these scars,

I’m locked up in a straight jacket,

I don’t have any freedom, with all this chaos to sedate me,

The laughing, the lies, can I ever get out and just be free,

And when the door closes, and I’m left with my thoughts,

The lights turned off, and in the end maybe I’m a robot,

Today they labeled me with every name in the book,

Told me to shut my mouth, or they’d grab a hook,

To drag me through all the things of my broken past,

Reminding me they are in control, and I can never last,

When will they see, i want to be normal like everybody else,

Still I’m strapped, deprived from everything by these tiny belts,
