Lord, give them strength, hold them tight,

Keep them safe as they drive along,

Lead them steady, keep them strong.

This prayer's for the brave on the road,

Guided by Your good, forgiving mode.

Happy feet, safe returns,

In Your mercy, their safety yearns.

From streets of hustle to quiet suburbia,

Watch over all, keep them in Your care.

No harm, no chase, no frightful scene,

Just peaceful journeys, and roads serene.
