There is something deep inside of me

A pain that you can't see

A storm in my head

With whispering voices of dread

Want to control my demon

But it controls my feelings

Want to find a way out

But no one hears me shout

Who am I?

Is it time to say goodbye?

I'm so lost

Under the demon’s hold

Every breath I take

Pulls me into the dark

I'm going under, step by step

Sinking deeper in my regret

I have to find my way

Before my steps just fade away

Before I break

And the demons rise

What is it that I'm running from

Am I done

I'm not the one that I want to be

When will I be free

I'm trapped in my brain

To flee was in vain

I hear the haunted voices

Saying, "You're caught in your own choices"

Who am I?
