Blast off! Let’s go have some counting fun!

Climb aboard our rocket ship,

Fasten seatbelts for the trip.

Engines glowing, skies in tune,

We’re counting all the way to the moon.

1, 2, 3, up high we fly,

4, 5, 6, into the sky,

7, 8, 9 — stars shine in tune,

10 — hooray! We’re near the moon.

Floating now through midnight blue,

Planets spin — what a view.

Comets sparkle, zoom, and swoon,

As we’re counting to the moon.

1, 2, 3, up high we soar,

4, 5, 6 — can’t wait for more.

7, 8, 9 — what a cartoon,

10 — we’re laughing on the moon.

Bouncing slow in lunar dust,

Counting’s fun, in math we trust.

Let’s count rocks and stars in tune,

Learning here beneath the moon.

Let’s count backward, here we go,

10, 9, 8 — we’re moving slow.

7, 6, 5 — what a ride,

4, 3, 2 — now side by side.

1 — lift off, we’re zooming soon,

Back we go from the silver moon.

Passing Saturn’s golden rings,

Counting makes our voices sing.

One more time, let’s make it loud,

Count with me, kids — sing it proud.

1, 2, 3, we reach for stars,

4, 5, 6 — from Earth to Mars,

7, 8, 9 — so soon,

10 — we’re dancing on the moon.

Mercury’s first — close to the sun.

Venus glowing, Earth so blue,

Uranus, Neptune — space is sound.

Counting dreams instead of sheep,

Till the moon sings us to sleep.

1, 2, 3, the stars are near,

7, 8, 9 — we’ll be home soon,

10 — but we’ll count to the moon again soon.
