When the sun Slips Away
When the sun slips away
Beyond the veil of trees,
A hush falls over the world –
Soft, calming, and slow.
We speak not of endings,
But of pauses in the light,
Of moments that teach us
How to see in the dark.
The warmth fades gently,
Like hands letting go
Without anger,
Only the promises of return.
In every absence,
There is a lesson –
That nothing stays,
And yet, nothing is ever truly lost.
The sun departs,
but the sky remembers her blush,
painting our sorrow
in hues of silent fire.
So, we learn to wait,
To cherish what was,
To listen to the silence
That speaks in golden whispers.
