I try to spend my waking life

Trying to be the nice guy

Until I have quickly realized

Why no one wants to be the nice guy

I have sacrificed every minute

To wind myself up but it seems my springs and gears

Are entirely locked up.

I remember the days when I was cherished,

But now I'm discarded, my purpose perished.

I see him shuffling in the pouring rain.

I can hear his heart loudly screaming in pain.

The tick tock of his gears grinding through the halls.

His heart is like a puzzle that's waiting to be solved.

You can make me do anything.
