Whispers fade into the night, shadows fall but there's a light

Never thought we'd say goodbye this way, but I know we'll find our way

We reached for dreams with both hands, tried our best to understand

Two hearts that once beat in tune, now drifting with the changing moon

Thought we'd stay forever close, but fate has its silent prose
