sisters
dos hermanas
Far away from Mexico we are
Twisters
they’re upon us
Every night in Iowa so far
First we ate some yummy ramen noodles
At the little Japanese restaurant
Smiling sisters finally together
then we drove three hours through the night
On to see the festival of tulips
Orange city, full of wooden shoes
Poor Renata sitting in the wheel chair
Sister Paula sittin in the loo
Walking in the yard to blaring sirens
waiting for the storm with crushing winds
Hiding in the basement in the darkness
Hoping that the world doesn’ end
Sisters
dos hermanas
from Toronto and the USA
Together
Like the old days
Together dos hermanas they will stay
