They didn't even cry for justice
they just turned and walked away
no one stood for freedom
had those bills to pay
and they'd send their children off to school
never seeing what they're taught
it's all a part of evil
in a war they never fought
And they'd regulate and say there's laws for everything we do
have to ask permission
a permit to renew
I'm telling you
ain't no damn way
this is still
the USA....
And pronouns this
and pronouns that
there's a litter box in school
a boy walks in the girls room
and somehow that's the rule
I ain't no fool
and that ain't no School
and that ain't the USA...
Cuz once upon a Time my friend
we put Jesus in our school
we learned about commandments
and about the Golden rule
and we pledged allegiance to a flag
we placed our hands upon our heart.
and thus began a nation that they could not tear apart.
And we get down on our knees and pray at the start of everyday
honesty
integrity
and Justice led the way
and in our times of trouble
back on our knees to pray
and that my friend....
is what is called...
is called the USA...
And our father's cried for freedom
in a war that they couldn't win
got down on their knees to pray and asked Jesus to step in
and the covenant that we made with him
still stands into this day
one nation under God....
and God bless the USA ....
Father please forgive them
for they know not what they do
for we forgot to teach them
of what our founding fathers knew
as we ask you Lord to bring forth
the covenant we once knew
Lord once again
we come to you
and I pledge allegiance to that flag and hold my hand above my heart
and I know our Lord that it was you
that held the biggest part
thank you Lord for All You've done
I owe my life to you
thank you Lord for all of what you do
cuz the USA
the USA
ain't nothing without you
Thank you Lord
for this day
and God bless the USA
