The trials are hard when you’re trying to survive lost and alone like sinking sands misguided in youth so long ago trying to survive this life that you chose

Learn the lessons it has designed and you’ll see truth in time
You try to survive this life is a struggle trying to do it without the Lord trying to make sense out of this life you’re in learn the lessons that teach the truth resist temptations from the evil one
Sins holding you captive in a state of mind thinking it’s okay to play around
Drinking and smoking
Clubbing all night long
Swinging and dancing til early morn lost in a sea with storms raging twists and turns causing illusions lost in a sea tides raging as this life goes passing by
This life I’ve lived has got to end
I keep going in circles
losing my way
if only
I can see a brighter day.
It’s just life

I hate to stay lost in a sea of raging tides causing illusions to plague my mind.
I try to pray but satan seems to have
a grip over my mind
Sending lies, deception and to a listening ear
Trying to find my way from this life I live
This life is torn and I want it no more
Seeking truth from heaven above
I pray for my eyes to see the truth and that my prayers will go through help me stand when temptation comes be that hand to guide me through the sinking sands.
