how does it feel, when your living in misery

how does it feel, when your trapped in your own selfishness

How does it feel, when you can’t get what you want

you’re always putting up a front

You never care about anyone else

You only care about what you want

you don’t care about what I care about

The truth hurts, you never wanna hear it

You pout your face , expecting me to fix it

When the truth comes out, you completely ignore it

When I speak the truth, you get defensive

I know now my worth

And you could never understand it ……..

You think you can always get what you want

Never thinking about what I need

You’re stuck in your selfish ways

You’ll never hear me beg and plead

To you it’s just a game

Your actions and thoughts are always the same

Take a step back and realize

You messed up on what we had

The happiness that I had, eventually died

Don’t expect me to cry or feel sad

Look in a mirror so you know

That the grown man that you should be

Hasn’t grown

when you go through my phone you felling some type of way

not knowing who actually cares to txt me

I gave you the chance and you messed that up

don’t come crawling back, thinking it would be the same

The worth I found in myself you can never take away

so move on with your life, don’t expect me to stay

I found what I got and I got mine

You don’t have to worry about me. I’ll be just fine.

Better than what we were and what we used to be

I give up on people who try to change me

So chalk it up one more time

I throw my deuces up for the last time
