It’s Time To take Flight, Reset

Am I blind or can I see?

The life I live is draining me

I want to be free to take that flight

Always wondering why I get home so

late at night

The day is new, and heart restored.

Eyes are clean,

vision in tack

Lights are on

and

path made plain.

I’m living my live with a brand new start

Hit repeat and relax your mind

Are they real? Everyone seems strange

Alternate Worlds is reality

Or are we at the space academy

Start over is this life worth it

So much evil, tempers flaring, division

And they keep glaring

watching everything

People do.

Are we in an infinite loop

Are we sleep or just in a dream

Why does it seem like we’re always stuck

Moving slower than ever thought.

Not understanding why so much time

Had to pass us by.

We’re standing strong in this alien land

Times almost over in this place called earth.

This world is not my home

I’m just a visitor lost

And Alone.

I’m ready for flight

Let’s take off and pray.

Hit the button it’s time for lift off.

Am I free or am I bound

This old heart has me down

Grounded from life’s mistakes I made

Never knew it would play out this way

I’m renewed by the grace of God

Do my eyes see the truth

Or is it a dream and illusion.

Did I find an escape or did

I get caught in the time loop

I’ve never seen things this way

Praying for hope on this dessert plain

Looking for peace to call me home. Ready for flight in a morning sky it’s time for a brand new start.
