Yeah, it's been a long road, silent nights

Feelin' lost inside, wish I could rewrite

The pain lingerin', heavy on my soul

Just tryna find a way to make me whole

Life ain't been generous, never played fair

Every time I rise, I fall again, unaware

Of how to find peace in this chaos inside

Just me and my child, tryin' to survive

Money's scarce, hope feels thin

Dreams shatter, heart aches deeper

Prayin’ for a moment that gets much easier

Can somebody heal this hurt inside?
