I sat in the stillness, prayed through the night

No voice from Heaven, no sign in sight

But You were still moving behind the veil

When I felt forgotten, Your love never failed

And now I see the morning rise

After all those tear-stained nights

Out of the silence, into the sound

Grace like thunder pouring down

Out of the waiting, into the light

You never left me, You were just on time

Every “no” led me to this “yes”

Every shadow now makes sense

You were writing joy from brokenness

I’m walking into blessing

The seed was still growing deep in the ground

When I thought hope was nowhere to be found

But now I’m standing on promised land

Held by the same faithful hand

You turned the ache into a song

What I prayed for took so long… but You were never wrong
