You entered this world too soon on a late night in July, but captured our heart so fast. Watching you grow while monitors and machines were constantly keeping you alive was the hardest part.

You became a smiling healthy happy little girl that became the center of our worlds. Adalyne your our special blue eyed princess.

You grew in our arms, then walked on your own. Reading stories at the library was our favorite past time, love was known.

Who knew three short years later would be the last time I saw you. My heart died a little the day I was told, I could never hug you again or hear your sweet voice say grandma.

Your blonde hair shimmers in the light and your blue eyes shine so bright.

Now I sit and wait 8 years have past, 10 more to go. Wondering how amazing you must be and if you’re happy. All I know is your missing in my heart and I hope one day you will find me.
