Wake up trembling, lost in the night

But I stand my ground, refuse to fall

Climbing out, against it all

Breaking the chains, fighting the shame

Shaking but stronger, bearing the pain

Nightmares fade with the dawning light

I choose to stand, I choose to fight

Secrets hide, beneath the skin

Hidden scars, deep within

Temptation’s song, a siren’s call

But I remember, I’m not alone at all
