These echoes in my head, they tap dance on my sanity

Memories sharp, carving cracks in my vanity

Shadows in the corner, whispering profanity

Every thought a boomerang, circling, calamity

The mirror's cracked, but it still shows my face

A jigsaw reflection, every piece misplaced

Tried to run from the noise, ended up in the maze

Now the past and the present keep switching their place

Can't mute it, can't lose it,

This loop—I'm caught in it,

Static screams in the silence,

Peace, I can't commit.

These echoes in my head won't let me sleep

Their whispers run deep, secrets I can't keep

They hum and they hum, 'til I feel numb

Nightmares on shuffle, reruns on repeat

Can't outrun the sound, it moves with my feet

Tried to drown it in liquor, only made it loud
