Dreams shattered, hearts aflame

Searching for a spark to call a name

Ice kissed darkness, cold and deep

Light's elusive, secrets to keep

Flames of hell within my mind

Burning hopes I can't find

Broken pieces, scattered cries

A world of sickness, silent lies

No peace, no whisper, just the rain

Wishing for dawn to end the pain

But in the night, I hear a song

A flicker faint, yet moving strong

Hoping lights break through the gloom

Guiding me out of this room

Help me find the way to glow
