This world and all its pride will fade,
Yet those who serve the Lord are stayed.
When judgment comes, the proud shall fear,
The meek shall rise with hearts sincere.

The nations rage against God’s name,
Their fury meets eternal flame.
The King will strike; no sword withstands,
He guards the meek with mighty hands.

When storms arise and kingdoms fall,
The faithful stand through trials all.
Our hearts at peace, God’s truth we take,
His reign shall come for justice’ sake.

The cry of “peace” fills empty air,
But ruin comes beyond repair.
False temples break, proud towers die,
God speaks in fire and judgment nigh.

As Noah built while men would mock,
God’s judgment fell and none could block.
As Lot fled wrath through fire and flame,
“And so it is — our day the same.”
