The sand blew cold in Filia town

I found a siamese kitten on the ground

Her eyes were small, her fur was bright

I held her close and hugged her tight

I named Nehko, soft and sweet

She curled beside me at my feet

Atrata showed me how to mend

Little scratches that would not end

My pink hair swayed beneath my hood

My robe of mint, pink, and purple good

Against the sand and morning sun

I wondered what adventures begun

Across the sands to Sen Mag Plains

I tripped on stones, then tripped again

The Mana Gate glowed in the air

I poked it gently, then said a prayer

I cooked my stew beside the flame

The smell was funny, not the same

It bubbled up and splashed a bit

I tasted it — it made me sit

I stepped in Emain Macha square

Agnes smiled, her hair shone bright

I passed Ailionoa’s tailoring stand

And Aodhan practicing by hand

Del and Delen waved hello

Fraser and Gordon stirred a big pot slow

Nele sang by the Observatory light

I plucked my lute, trying to get it right

I shivered softly at the morning light

I counted sparks beneath my feet

Music hummed through the evening air

I tried to copy it, here and there

Through Blago Prairie I tripped on a stone

The world of Erinn felt so alone

But Nehko purred and Ry flapped near

Koomo floated softly, calm and clear

I peeked in Coill Dungeon dark

Then waved to Osna Sail, a little spark

Every town and friendly face

Made me giggle in this big, wide place
