You’ll hardly see him in a church.

Or hear him quote a bible verse.

Most meals he eats he don’t say grace.

But you see it in his ways.

He believes like you and me.

Prays every night before he’s asleep.

He believes like you me

But the good lord is still sowing the seeds.

He taught us don’t judge your sister or your brother.

And reach out and help your fellow man.

Honor your father and your mother.

And what it means to wear a wedding band.

He believes like you and me. Each day he gets down on his knees.

He believes like you and me. Love and forgiveness is his creed.

When he feels the world is against him he gets down on his knees. God’s in him yes he believes.
