Shared Moments

Silent thoughts fill the night air,

Questions linger, heavy and rare.

No heavens to call or fears to bear,

Just me and the cosmos, bare.

Since I was young, I’ve questioned it all,

The meaning behind this endless sprawl.

No gods to hear my silent call,

Is there purpose if I should fall?

Reproducing, suffering, endless race,

All just fragments in a hollow space.

Yet in my heart, I find a trace,

That life’s a gift, a fleeting grace.

Life is fleeting, a shadow’s dance,

Without someone, it’s just a glance.

No heaven, no hell, no second chance,

Only love’s touch in this expanse.

Money, work, opinions fade,

Truths we chase, illusions played.

What’s the point if hearts aren’t swayed,

Life’s meaning in love’s cascade.

Shared moments, the only key,

To find some purpose, some clarity.

In a universe so vast and free,

It’s love that sets us truly free.
