The older I get, The less I know

My younger self was so certain

Sometimes I wonder what happened

To that ambitious young woman

I’ve loved and lost

Paid the cost

Got up and repeat.

I had beautiful babies

Did my best, well maybe

I would do some things differently

No worries no regrets

Can’t please everyone

Some still get upset
