Uuuhhaa aha aha

I seem normal to others,

I'm friendly, kind, and courteous, I seem perfectly healthy.

But deep inside, I'm walking,

Through a thick fog, endless.

I don't know where I am,

I can never see my hands before my eyes,

Trapped in the fog of doubt and fear,

Lost the truth I carry in my heart.

Can you hear me when the storm rages?

Do you understand the language of my inner turmoil?

In the darkness, I search for the light,

But the fog holds me fast, won't let me go.

I smile, but the blade cuts deep,

The masquerade is worn when no one is watching,

The worries whisper, the shadows are here,

A constant struggle that leads only to me.
