There was a day
Unexpected to say the least
I laid my eyes on you 
Emeaditly I felt peace
I looked in you eyes
As blue as the sea
You were friendly and warm
Which put me at ease
I listened to you talk
Took in every word
I had to make changes
That was for sure
As I left our appointment 
And I walked outside  
The sun seem a bit brighter
So clear was the sky
The birds as they sang
They chipped so alive
They to must have seen you 
As you walked by
As I climbed in my truck
There a moment I sat
Thinking of you
And what had that ment
 I smiled, even laughed 
As I drove around 
Hard be the circumstance 
In which you were found
As time has gone by
I promised a song
It took me forever yes way to long
But to you here it is
