Big paw prints in the backyard dirt

Name on the tag, big teeth, big shirt

Woofie in the window, eyes all wide

Howl at the mailman every time he drives by (woo!)

Got crumbs on his snout from the cookie jar

Thinks he undercover but he never gets far

Chases his tail till he falls on the floor

Then he’s up, wants snacks, tryna raid one more

Woofie the wolf, too cool for the leash

Little bit wild when he’s off of the street

Got a big bark, big heart, tiny front teeth

Howl so loud make the neighbors shout

From the front porch clear to the creek

He don’t say much but he talk with his eyes

Side-eye swag when I’m cutting the fries

One ear up like, “You done yet, dude?”

Soon as I blink, he’s running with the food (gone!)

Mud on his fur, tongue on the glass

Hates bath time, tryna dash so fast

But he’ll curl at my feet when the sky turns blue-black
