Our Home Sweet Home

Growing up as a kid I always heard my parents say that home is not a house where you live, but where your mind and heart remain each day . Now looking back, I can understand, just what they meant way back then.  For a house may be gone one day, but a home will always be right there to stay.  Home will always call you back to those memories that give you peace love and hope to face each new day. So just thank God for your home sweet home.

Somebody take me to my home sweet home. It's where I feel free where I feel so much love and where all my memories belong . But beyond our earthly home down here we have a heavenly home on high. Someday soon we all will be back in that home on heavens shore walking and talking and praising God on high forever more in our home sweet home.

Thank you Lord for giving me a place here to call my home. Where I can raise my kids and spoil my grandkids  and show them all the love I've known. Lord I know that without you that I could not say that I was going to go  to my home sweet home. Lord one day soon and very soon  I'll walk on streets of gold up there with you in our home sweet  home.
