We Truly Believe!

As our belief in God has shown,

We see that fruit in our lives have grown!

He proves Himself o'er and o'er

Within His mighty working power!

We used to say that we believed,

Yet cried for help in our unbelief!

God has taught us to believe and rise.

Now as eagles, we soar through the skies!

There are still times when doubt draws near

But the Spirit reminds us, "Have no fear!

I am always there to see you through,

Fulfilling the promises I give you!

We kept one foot inside His grace,

And one foot in a hiding place.

We asked for signs, we asked for proof,

Afraid to fully stand on truth.

But He kept pulling at our hearts,

And healed our faith in every part.

We know that faith is a gift from Your grace,

And You stayed with us in each dark place

Thank You Father for softening our doubts,

And for opening our hearts from the inside out

His Word encouraged our doubting hearts

That true believing heals every part!

He smiles down with love and grace,

And welcomes us to His Holy Place!

Thank You, God, we believe in You,

In all that You both say and do!

May we grow in You each day we live,

Sharing with others the love You give!
