The grass finally grew back

Where you use to park your car

And our initials are still engraved

On the side of my grandpas barn

That picture of the two of us from PCB in ‘23

Is still taped to the mirror

On the wall in my bedroom

It’s crazy just how fast time flies

When you’re livin free and ain’t scared to die

But there’s all the little things you see

Every moment of our life’s a memory

And if you blink too fast or wait too long

Before you know it, they’ll be gone

After all these years one thing I’ve learned

Is that you don’t ever wanna miss
