Self-Respected

Standing tall, I claim my space,

A force of nature, in my own grace.

No need for approval from the crowd,

My strength alone makes me proud.

Raising my children with love so real,

Teaching them how to stand, how to feel.

In the mirror, I see pride, I see fire,

A woman of worth, climbing higher.

I am enough, just as I am,

My own hero, I will withstand.

No chains, no doubts, I break free,

A mighty mother, fearless, me.

I'm a damn good mother, and a damn good woman,

Living my truth, my heart is unbroken.

I need no validation, I’m already whole,

Self-love is the bomb, it feeds my soul.

Through storms, through pain, I stand tall,

In my own mirror, I see it all.

Unshaken by the praise or blame,

I own my story, I claim my name.

So here's my voice, loud and clear,

A relentless song of love and cheer.

I don't need anyone's validation,

Just my own affirmation.
