My UNfairy Tale

The prologue goes like this;

It begins a tragedy.

Not my true loves' kiss,

Nor was it happily.

Doomed from the very start,

A man and woman United.

Two people better apart.

Vows that were never abided.

This is no fairy tale

No happy ending here

You will not find prince charming

But monsters everywhere.

They gave birth to a little girl lost,

Who the queen tried to save at all cost.

She tried and tried with all her might,

So she locked her away and held on too tight.

But the little girl didn't know why,

So she ran away into the night.

A curse followed her everywhere.

So much darkness from there to here.

Her tales are full of fear and madness,

Big bad wolves and so much sadness.

There are no heros along the way

No happy endings to declare.

This is my UNfairy tale

With many monsters I must slay.
