What a magical time of year

Joyous holidays are here

Time to love and hug and share

The magic is in the air

Everyone is singing

I hear all the children laughing

As they play in the snow

Rudolph’s nose starts to glow

We are so very cheerful

There is magic in the air

Let’s feel like this forever

But it’s not real

It’s only a story

Imagination at best

So forget all the rest

Everyone is actually angry

Some are drunk and scared

Others are ill prepared

Most are going hungry

I’m glad I shared

Everyone is so very mad

Just like me

So we should be very glad

That we can flee

We are so very cheerful
