Trophy to raise

Spent all winter getting the car prepared to roll,

the engines are running, we’re ready to go,

Suspense is building, time to put on a show.

Friends and family in the stands,

yellin at us not to go slow.

Holding the pedal to the metal,

Here we GOOOO!!

Dirt is flying, drivers trying,

Engines roaring, throwing it sideways.

Round and round we go,

Tryin to stay in control,

hoping for a trophy to raise.

Controlled chaos, knowing in an instant

It could be all over.

Sliding across the top or riding the bottom line,

Take your pick either one is fine.

Take care of her, treat her right

Get her warmed up, break her loose
