From shadows to light, let the truth be told

Streets to the skyline, I climbed my way up,

Years of struggles, didn’t let me give up.

Had my heart in my hands, felt the world weigh me down,

Mom left without a word, Dad just let me drown.

But I learned to fight, found strength in my pain,

Each scar on my soul like a link to my chain.

Alone since fifteen, but I made it just fine,

Built a life from the wreckage, now the stars align.

Now I’m standing tall, yeah, I won’t back down,

With every step I take, gonna wear my crown.

Building a family, my heart’s open wide,

Learning from the past, I’ve got nothing to hide.

We are the creators, shaping our own fate,

Building our dreams, never too late.

Giving love freely unconditionally, with God as my guide,

Unstoppable spirit, for my family I created mine.

Grew my own roots, found a place I belong,

In a world full of chaos, I’ve written my song.

Helping out strangers, no favors in sight,

With kindness as my weapon, I’m ready to fight.

I've seen the darkness but I chose my own light,
