They say the truth is a bitter pill

But I swallow lies to chase that thrill

No road signs on this endless ride

Chasing all these shadows that I've newly found

In this chaotic world, I'm just trying to survive

Behind every corner, there’s a battle untold

I’m wrestling with demons that refuse to grow old

They want my story, but can they handle the truth?

I’m a puzzle with pieces that don't fit in the booth

But I keep riding on this road of despair

They love the fun, the laughter, the show

But in this beautiful chaos, they don’t even know

Every heartbreak, every scar

Shapes the artist in me; I feel like a star

But when I dim the lights, it’s hard to pretend

Girls come and go, like a fleeting dream

Caught in my head, or so it would seem

Thought I’d found peace, but it's all a facade

I’m still searching for solace, or a way to applaud

Voices in my head, they echo and scream
