You walked in talking like we’d met before

No careful distance, no locked door

You laughed at something I took seriously

Then somehow made it funny even to me

Now I catch myself saving things all day

Little thoughts I think you’d like me to say

Nothing important, nothing I need

I just want to know what you’d think

I thought every feeling had a name

A reason, a pattern, a little frame

But this one doesn’t ask me to explain

It just feels easy

Maybe this is friendship

Laughing until the whole day feels lighter

Thinking “Hann would love this” out of nowhere

Just knowing I’m glad when you’re around

Then five minutes later we’re laughing again

I just start thinking about the fun we had

And somehow tomorrow looks better too

Because there might be more of me and you
