Couple of Haters

I’ve been singing songs and playing bars for damn near thirty years,

And mostly everywhere i go im overwhelmed with lots of cheers,

But every now and then I seem to always get a few,

A couple of folks who jeer and have a different point of view,

But I just sit right back and let them see a big smile on my face,

and then I put them in their place with what I have to say,

Well, what do we have over here a couple of haters,

I bet they’ve never been any good at all at what they’ve ever done,

I suggest they get them some and try to have a little fun,

instead of wasting time hating on me while I live it up,

I feel sorry for those folks who seem to have a jealous bone,

They live day by day constantly feeling very miserable,

They hate the fact that I’m loving doing what I love to do,

And complain about the life that they have chosen to go through,

Making negative comments on the social media,

Well, here’s a song I wrote for all you stupid idiots,
