Dark wings spread wide, beneath blood-red skies

Eyes of destruction, no disguise

Ready to reap what lies ahead

Dark angel wants, the living and the dead

Once a soul lost in shadows of regret controlled by the needs of flesh

Now a creature reborn, burdened with debt no sins to confess

No longer human, just a vessel of pain

Serving my darkness, dancing in the rain

No escape from my midnight flight

In the blackened sky, I take my delight

Lovers, friends, they all will fall

In my dark embrace, I hear their call

I am the reaper, chasing through the night

Blood-red eyes, shining with spite

Black wings unfurled, I soar above

Seeking souls to claim, consumed by love

Dark angel Despair, guiding my way

No one shall escape, not today

Penance paid with every cursed breath
