Write a song about an old hippie who smokes weed everyday. He is a veteran of the US Navy serving as a medic. He worked at the state mental hospital caring for patients. He drove a semi for awhile, until he wrecked the truck on a steep and windy road coming into Milton. He had a broken back, underwent surgery, but never recovered to a pain free life. Pain pills, marijuana, ensure, and black and white TV shows get him through the day. He doesn't own anything, but at least he has his weed smoking friends to hang out with. He has too many people trying to scam him for some money. He often doesn't have money for himself.
