Blessed to Be Alive

Life’s a blessing, even with the scars

I confess my flaws, but I’m renewin’ too

Sins try to pull me down, try to make me drown

But I rise again, feet firm on holy ground

Thank you for forgiveness, thank you for grace

Changing my life, I’m runnin’ this race

Living for the man in the sky, I testify

It’s about time we elevate, reach higher than lives

Time to change, the world’s callin’ our name

Living for ‘em, no shame, no blame

God first, in all I do and say

Guided by the light, lead me every day
