Jesus took for our healing

The thorn of crowns pressed on his head

To mock his kingdom

They spit on his face to disgrace him

All that he chose to go through

To prove his love for you

By his stripes your mind and body are healed

He could have called legions of angels

To come and rescue him

He could of pushed away the cup he was to drink
