Walking through these streets, heavy with my dreams

A fighter in my heart, though it seems broken at the seams

Life’s got its plans, with a twist I didn't see

But I carry hope, yeah, I still believe in me

Been titled by pain, scoliosis's cruel game

Nerves compressed, dreams restrained, but I’m not the same

Chef at the core, lid off my soul, time to unleash

My passion for the kitchen, where my spirit finds peace

Thinking 'bout my dad, his memory, my guiding star

Building something strong, it’s my drive, my scar

This phase is just the start, a step towards the high

In every business meeting, I reach for the sky

Rising from the ashes, fire in my eyes

Turned tears into plans, I’m aiming for the prize

With hope as my fuel, and love as my guide

A cafe in his honor, part of a bigger scheme
