Rain falling everywhere, whispers in the air

Hands reach out, but you're not there

Water on my skin, lost and cold

Longing for your touch, stories left untold

Rain-rain-rain, the sky's dark and grey

Feeling cold and lonely, shadows chase the day

Waiting for your warmth to break through the gloom

Caught in this storm, lost in the rain's tomb

Wishing all this pain would just fade away

Dreams of us, where hope would stay

But the clouds above, they keep crying down

Turning my smile into a frown
