In this world nobody is happy anymore

Everyone living in fear

It is hard to find joy in this life

When you’re scared about everything you hear

But if you find something to cling to

Something that brings you joy

A memory a thought something you see

Music you hear even if it is from a toy

I have been beaten and thrown around

I’ve had my hard times when nothing goes right

I’ve wanted to end it all and given up
