TRUST THE PROCESS

I may not understand every season.

I may not know why the road gets hard.

But one thing I know—

God has never failed me yet.

So I'm gonna keep the faith...

And trust the process.

I've been through some valleys,

I've cried some tears at night,

I've asked the Lord so many times,

"When will things be right?"

But every closed door taught me

That God was making room,

And every lonely season

Was preparing me to bloom.

I couldn't see the blessing

While standing in the rain,

But God was building something

In the middle of my pain.

Now when I look behind me,

I finally understand—

Every step was ordered,

I was always in His hands.

So I won't worry about tomorrow,

I won't let fear control today.

If God brought me this far,

I know He's gonna make a way.

I'm gonna trust the process,

Even when I cannot see.

Trust the process,

'Cause I know God's working for me.

Through the waiting, through the hurting,

Through every test I face,

I'm gonna keep on believing

And keep walking by faith.

I'm gonna trust the process,

God's not finished with me yet.

Every promise that He gave me,

I know He won't forget.

I may not know the ending,

But I know who's writing it.

So I'm gonna trust God...

And trust the process.

There were days I felt forgotten,

Like heaven couldn't hear my prayer.

But when I thought I stood alone,

Lord, You were standing there.

You kept food upon my table,

You kept strength down in my soul,

And when life tried to break me,

Lord, You never let me go.

Some blessings came through heartbreak,

Some lessons came through tears.

Some prayers took a little longer,

But You carried me through the years.

And now I know that waiting

Doesn't mean that You've said no.

Sometimes You have to shape us

Before You let the blessing flow.

I'm gonna trust the process,

Even when I cannot see.

Trust the process,

'Cause I know God's working for me.
