On a cold freezing Pittsburgh night on the east side got off work one night and Was standing on Penn Ave waiting for my bus and I met this girl named Destiny from Baltimore I introduced myself as a average Joe and she laughed and she seen my nose is running so she gave me a pair of gloves I seen bus is pulling up towards us so I asked her if she was catching one. She said no so I asked her if I could walk her home cuz she’s too pretty to be alone, she rolled her eyes at me and started walking across the road then she turned around and said are you coming average Joe? So I jogged to her we started walking and I asked her what Side of town she lived on. She pointed towards my side of town, so I asked her what street and she said South Aiken and i said that’s my street. We both started laughing and I She asked me what my sign was and I didn’t know what that meant so she sighed and asked me what month I was born and I told her July so she laughed and asked me

What day I said the 16th she started laughing again and said I was born in 16 July too, So we started walking and talking and both shocked at the same time that we both just met five minutes ago I have this much in common so now eight months later we’re together and I’m happy and I pray every day that I met her that night and how grateful I am I hope to marry this girl one day that’s the plan she made me feel how it is to love again she’s been through a lot, but she’s so strong and that’s what I love about her.
