Walking the line between shadow and light

Seeking answers in the silent night

Misled, misunderstood, fighting every day

Holy Ghost in my corner, guiding me through

Searching for truth, asking what is true

Battling within, can I ever merit?

Danger’s near, yet I come through

God’s been there, my shield and my rescue

But why do I keep turning to sin?

Celebrating depravity deep within
