Life can get complicated 
Sometimes, it's just way too much
Problrms at work. Problems at home. 
I feel My anxiety rising 
It grows, intensifies, piles up, up, up
Then it all falls down
I have to pick up the pieces and sort things out
Sometimes, it's easy
Sometimes, I don't know where to start

But my anxiety is going down
