I was once known as Saul, devout Jew, a Pharisee, and a Roman citizen. I despised early christianity and believed in Jewish traditions.
But on the road road to Damascus, while I travelled to arrest Christians... I became blind, by a brilliant light... the bright light.
Woosh, I heard Jesus say, "Why do you persecute me?".
Now I'm Paul, Paul, Paul... not Saul, Saul, Saul.
Now I don't persecute, instead I serve, serve, serve.
I must thank, Ananias, a deciple who laid hands on me.
For I regained sight and was filled forever more with the Holy Spirit.
That was the day, the day my life was reborn.
Now I'm Paul, Paul, Paul... not Saul, Saul, Saul.
Now, I don't persecute, instead I serve, serve, serve.
I serve the almighty Lord.
I wrote 13, books of the new testament...
Romans, 1 & 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 & 2 Thessalonians, 1 & 2 Timothy, Titus, and Philemon. I founded churches, furthering the reach of the almighty Holy word.
For I'm now....
Paul, Paul, Paul... not Saul, Saul, Saul.
Now.... I don't persecute, instead I serve, serve, serve.
I serve the Lord
I serve, I serve, serve the Lord.
