I had a house full of glass, now it’s dust in my shoe

One bad night, one clean break, and the whole world moved

Bills on the table, a jaw full of grit

I learned real quick how to carry a hit

Still showed up broke with a plan in my hand

Taped up the frame, kept the bent little spark
